The Briargrove community is easily accessed from I-4, Routes 192 and 27. It is close to all the area attractions yet far enough away to offer a haven of peace and quiet. The tennis court and playground are situated next to the community pool. Very nearby ChampionsGate offers two 18-hole golf courses. There you will also find a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens, McDonald’s, Pepperon’ Pizzeria, Chinese take-away and a gas station. More restaurants are located within 5 minutes on Route 27.

Briar Grove is located around 15 mins drive from Disney, 40 minutes to Orlando International airport, and 1 hour from Sanford Airport.
Universal Resort is around 40 minutes, and International Drive around 30 minutes. There are a number of shops, restaurants around 5 minutes drive away on the US27.
